My Approach
Whether I see someone for psychotherapy or CBT-I, I conduct treatment with an open and non-judgmental nature allowing others to feel comfortable and at ease during our work together. I use a collaborative coaching style that helps my patients achieve their goals which involves not only being understanding but having to at times provide challenges to help nudge them in the direction they want to go. When appropriate, I also offer education and information to patients about diagnoses and treatment approaches because I believe knowledge fosters power, confidence, and growth.
